    Product Description

    Naperiglipron is a glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor (GLP-1R) agonist.1 It induces cAMP production in HEK293 cells expressing human GLP-1R (EC50 = 1.14 nM). In vivo, naperiglipron reduces blood glucose levels in human GLP1R knock-in mice (ED50 = 0.07 mg/kg).
