    Product Description

Methylpiperidino pyrazole is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM).1,2 It is an estrogen receptor α (ERα) antagonist (Ki = 2.7 nM) and is selective for ERα over ERβ (Ki = 1,800 nM).1 Methylpiperidino pyrazole (1 nM) induces apoptosis in RL-95 endometrial cancer cells.2 In vivo, Methylpiperidino pyrazole (25, 50, and 100 µg/animal) increases uterine weight in ovariectomized mice, indicating differential in vitro versus in vivo endometrial responses.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
