    Product Description

    TGF-βRI kinase inhibitor VII is an inhibitor of activin receptor-like kinase 5 (ALK5), also known as TGF-β receptor type 1 (TGF-βR1; IC50 = 0.63 µM).1 It is selective for ALK5 over c-Src (IC50 = 13 µM). TGF-βRI kinase inhibitor VII (0.15-5 µM) inhibits SMAD2 phosphorylation in A549 cell lysates.
