    Product Description

    DSPE-PEG(2000)-tetrazine is a PEGylated and clickable form of 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-PE (1,2-DSPE; Item No. 15095) that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of small molecules in vitro and in vivo.1 LNPs containing DSPE-PEG(2000)-tetrazine and encapsulating SN-38 (Item No. 15632) decrease the viability of HER2-overexpressing NIH3T6.7 cells pre-incubated with trans-cyclooctene-conjugated trastuzumab.
