    Product Description

    TrkA inhibitor is a tropomyosin-related kinase A (TrkA) inhibitor (IC50 = 0.063 µM).1 It is selective for TrkA over cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (Cdk2) and C-RAF in a cell-free assay (IC50s = >10 µM for both). TrkA Inhibitor also inhibits T. brucei glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK3) in a cell-free assay (IC50 = 2.81 µM).2
