    Product Description

    Rezvilutamide is a non-steroidal androgen receptor antagonist.1 It reduces secretion of prostate-specific androgen (PSA) from LNCaP prostate cancer cells (IC50 = 22 nM) and reduces proliferation of the same cells (IC50 = 33 nM). Formulations containing rezvilutamide have been used in the treatment of prostate cancer.
