    Product Description

    NV03 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase UHRF1 (UHRF1) and histone H3 trimethylated lysine 9 (H3K9Me3).1 It binds the tandem Tudor domain (TTD) of UHRF1 (Kd = 2.4 µM) and is selective for the UHRF1-TTD over a panel of 36 demethylases at 10 µM.
