    Product Description

    NC03 is an inhibitor of PI4KIIα.1 It reduces the levels of the PI4KIIα product phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate (PI4P) in the Golgi apparatus and endosomes of COS-7 cells when used at a concentration of 10 µM. NC03 also reduces PI4P production by 40-50% in the Rab7+ late endosomes of HEK-AT1 cells that express the rat angiotensin II type 1a (AT1a) receptor.
