    Product Description

    Exatecan is a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor that inhibits cancer cell growth in vitro and reduces tumor growth in vivo.1,2 It has been used as the cytotoxic payload component of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), which have been used to selectively target and destroy cancer cells in vitro and in vivo in animal models.3,4 Cayman’s Exatecan Polyclonal Antibody can be used for ELISA and Western blot applications.
