    Product Description

    HOR1-C59 is an olfactory receptor 5V1 (Or5V1) agonist.1 It induces Gαs-Gβγ dissociation in HEK293 cells overexpressing human Or5V1 (EC50 = 7.12 nM). In vivo, HOR1-C59 (50 ng/g) improves glucose tolerance, increases gluconeogenesis, and decreases liver steatosis and epididymal adipocyte size in high-fat diet-fed mice.
