    Product Description

Eloralintide is an agonist of the amylin 1 (AMY1) receptor.1 It selectively activates the AMY1 receptor over the calcitonin and AMY3 receptors in cAMP activation assays using UM-UC-3 cells expressing the human receptors (EC50s = 23.9, 291, and 253.8 pM, respectively). Eloralintide reduces food intake and induces a loss of up to 12.3% of body weight, primarily through reductions in fat mass, in diet-induced obese (DIO) rats at 3-100 nmol/kg per animal.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
