    Product Description

    GSK2250665A is an IL-2-inducible T cell kinase (Itk) inhibitor (IC50 = 0.63 nM).1 It is selective for Itk over Aurora B kinase (IC50 = 398 nM) and a panel of 11 kinases (IC50s = 4-631 nM). GSK2250665A reduces the levels of IFN-γ in isolated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs; IC50 = 25 nM).
