    Product Description

(S)-Sulpiride-d3 is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of (S)-sulpiride by GC- or LC-MS. (S)-Sulpiride is a dopamine D2 receptor antagonist (Ki = 6.9 nM).1 It reduces apomorphine-induced locomotion in mice when administered at doses ranging from 4-64 mg/kg.2 Formulations containing (S)-sulpiride have been used in the treatment of schizophrenia.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
