Explore how neutrophils shape the immune response in health and disease. This poster highlights neutrophil pathogen defense mechanisms, including phagocytosis, degranulation, and NETosis, as well as neutrophil roles in inflammation and NET-associated pathologies.
DOWNLOAD NOWMRL-871 is an inverse agonist of retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor γt (RORγt).1 It inhibits the RORγt ligand-binding domain (LBD) recruitment of steroid receptor co-activator 1 (SRC-1; IC50 = 6.1 nM). MRL-871 is also a partial agonist of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ); however, it is 43-fold selective for RORγt over PPARγ.2 It reduces the level of IL-17a in isolated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs; IC50 = 39.6 nM) and decreases the number of double-positive and total thymocytes in the thymus of adult mice.1,3
