    Product Description

    Amiloxate is a UV filter.1 It reduces ear edema induced by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA; Item No. 10008014) by 83.05 and 70.16% before and after UV irradiation, respectively, in mice. Amiloxate has been found in corals, seawater, and marine sediment.2 Formulations containing amiloxate have been used as sun protectants in sunscreen products.
