    Product Description

    cFMS receptor inhibitor II is an inhibitor of CSF-1 receptor (FMS; IC50 = 0.08 µM).1 It inhibits the proliferation of M-NSF-60 mouse lymphoblast cells that express macrophage colony stimulating factor 1 (M-CSF) but not NSO mouse multiple myeloma cells that do not express M-CSF (IC50s = 0.1 and >50 µM, respectively).
