    Product Description

JMS-17-2 is a chemokine (C-X3-C motif) receptor 1 (CX3CR1) antagonist (IC50 = 0.32 nM).1 It is selective for CX3CR1 over CXCR1 and CXCR2 at 1 µM. JMS-17-2 (10 and 100 nM) inhibits the migration of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells induced by chemokine (C-X3-C motif) ligand 1 (CX3CL1), also known as fractalkine. It decreases tumor volume in colorectal cancer mouse xenograft models when administered alone or in combination with an anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (anti-PD-1) antibody.2 JMS-17-2 reverses depressive-like behaviors and microglia-mediated excessive synapse pruning in Il15ra-/- mice.3 It decreases mechanical allodynia and spinal microglia M1 polarization in a mouse model of endometriosis.4
