    Product Description

    BE1218 is an inverse agonist of liver X receptor α (LXRα) and LXRβ (IC50s = 9 and 7 nM, respectively).1 It reduces the expression of the LXR target FASN, the gene encoding fatty acid synthase, in HepG2 hepatocytes and DU145 prostate cancer cells at 1 µM.
