ENVIRONMENTAL TOXICOLOGY TOOLS & SERVICESMY-1076 is an inhibitor of tubulin polymerization and an inducer of Yes-associated transcriptional regulator (YAP) degradation.1 It inhibits tubulin polymerization, but not nuclear division, in MGC803 and SGC-7901 gastric cancer cells at 10-30 nM and induces degradation of YAP in MGC803 cells in a concentration-dependent manner. MY-1076 inhibits the proliferation of MGC803 and SGC-7901 gastric, HCT116 colon, and KYSE-450 esophageal cancer cells (IC50s = 0.019, 0.017, 0.02, and 0.044 µM, respectively). It also induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and apoptosis in MGC803 and SGC-7901 cells. MY-1076 (5 µg/kg per day) reduces pulmonary metastasis induced by MEOHP, a metabolite of the environmental contaminant DEHP, in a T24 bladder cancer mouse xenograft model, with a greater reduction when administered in combination with ICG-001 (Item No. 16257).2
