    Product Description

DS-6930 is an agonist of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ).1 It is selective for PPARγ over PPARα in reporter assays (EC50s = 41 and >10,000 nM, respectively). DS-6930 (3 mg/kg) reduces plasma glucose levels and body weight gain in Zucker diabetic fatty (ZDF) rats. It also inhibits viral replication in Vero E6 cells infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2; EC50 = 0.36 µM).2

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
