    Product Description

    Rhodblock 6 is an inhibitor of Rho-associated kinase 1 (ROCK1).1 It inhibits ROCK1 and the D. melanogaster homolog Rok in a concentration-dependent manner. It induces the disappearance of actin stress fibers in HeLa cells at 100 µM and decreases the accumulation of phosphorylated myosin regulatory light chain (p-MRLC) at the cleavage furrow in Rho RNAi-sensitized D. melanogaster Kc167 cells. Rhodblock 6 (200 µM) also prevents cleavage furrow formation in D. melanogaster S2 cells.
