    Product Description

MMP-9-IN-6 is an inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9; IC50 = 50 µM).1 It inhibits gastric ulceration induced by indomethacin (Item No. 70270) by 95% in mice at 50 mg/kg. MMP-9-IN-6 reduces indomethacin-induced increases in stomach myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, protein carbonylation, and lipid peroxidation in mice.
