    Product Description

    TNIK-IN-7 is an inhibitor of TRAF2- and NCK-interacting kinase (TNIK; IC50 = 11 nM).1 It reduces TNIK levels in LPS-injured HL-1 mouse cardiomyocytes as a model of sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy.2 TNIK-IN-7 (25-100 nM) decreases the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and the mRNA expression of genes encoding NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3), IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α in the same model.
