    (R)-(+)-Deoxyarbutin is a tyrosinase inhibitor and an isomer of deoxyarbutin (Item No. 21077).1 It inhibits tyrosinase activity when used at a concentration of 21 µM. (R)-(+)-Deoxyarbutin (1%) lightens the skin of hairless dark-, medium-, and light-pigmented guinea pigs.
