    Product Description

    PI-3065 is an inhibitor of PI3K p110δ (IC50 = 15 nM).1 It is greater than 100-fold selective for p110δ over p110ɑ, p110β, p110γ, DNA protein kinase (DNA-PK), and mTOR. PI-3065 (75 mg/kg) decreases tumor weight and inhibits metastasis in a 4T1 murine mammary carcinoma model.

    The information regarding the kinase IC50 values and xenograft model was drawn from a paper that has been retracted; however, the information specified in the retraction statement has not been included.1
