Antibody Services

With a long-standing history of antibody production and making high-quality ELISA kits using many of the antibodies we produce, Cayman’s scientists are eager to lend their expertise to your antibody-related projects. Our scientists can produce high-quality antigens and antibodies suitable for a variety of applications, including ELISA, flow cytometry (FC)/FACS, immunocytochemistry (ICC), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunoprecipitation (IP), multiplex-based assays, TR-FRET, and Western blot (WB).

Cayman Chemical

Our Services

Antigen Synthesis (1-2 months)

Cayman has the capability to provide peptide, protein, or small molecule immunogens.

We offer:

  • Solid-phase peptide synthesis (5-20 residues, 5 mg at ≥70% purity, mass verified by MS)
  • Addition of terminal PEG-cysteine for conjugation chemistry
  • Immunogen conjugation to carrier of choice (KLH, BSA, etc.)
  • Modified peptides (citrullinated, methylated, phosphorylated, acetylated, carbamylated, click chemistry-modified, and more)
  • Custom synthesis of small molecule conjugates for use as antigens/immunogens

We can use a wide array of different antigens/immunogens for monoclonal or polyclonal antibody production, including:

  • Peptides (including carrier-conjugated peptides)
  • Proteins
  • Small molecules (including carrier-conjugated small molecules)
  • Over-expressing cell lines
  • Toxins
  • Polysaccharides

Monoclonal Antibody Production (4-7 months from immunization)

Cayman can produce highly specific monoclonal antibodies. We offer two levels of monoclonal antibody production services, as well as hybridoma banking services. At each level of service, customers can provide their own immunogen or have Cayman customize the immunogen of your choice.
