    Oxazepam (Item No. 15909) is an analytical reference material categorized as a benzodiazepine. It is an active metabolite of diazepam (CRM) (Item No. ISO60177), prazepam, and temazepam (CRM) (Item No. ISO60182) that can positively modulate GABAA receptors, which results in inhibitory effects in the central nervous system.1 Oxazepam has been found in wastewater samples.2 Oxazepam is regulated as a Schedule IV compound in the United States. This product is intended for forensic and research applications.
