    SB 202190 (Item No. 10010399) and SB 203580 (Item No. 13067) are potent, selective inhibitors of the MAP kinases p38α and p38β.1,2 SB 202474 is a structural analog of SB 202190 (Item Nos. Item Nos. 10010399 | 21201) and SB 203580 (Item Nos. 13067 | 13344) that is used as a negative control in studies of p38 inhibition.3,4,5
