    Product Description

    Nimetazepam (CRM) (Item No. 19206) is an analytical reference material that is structurally categorized as a benzodiazepine. It is partially metabolized to its desmethyl derivative, nitrazepam (Item No. ISO60201), which acts as a GABA receptor agonist.1,2 Nimetazepam is also converted to glutathione adducts, which have cytotoxic effects on liver cells.2 This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
