    Product Description

    OXA-01 is an inhibitor of both mTORC1 and mTORC2 (IC50s = 11 and 29 nM, respectively).1 It is selective for mTOR over PI3K isoforms and DNA protein kinase.1 OXA-01 reduces VEGF production in tumors in association with decreased vessel sprouting.1
