    LY3200882 is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of TGF-β receptor type 1 (TGF-βRI).1 It inhibits TGF-β-induced SMAD phosphorylation in vitro and in vivo and exhibits antitumor activity in the 4T1-LP triple negative breast cancer orthotopic tumor model.
