    Product Description

    GNE-317 is a dual inhibitor of PI3Kα and the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR; apparent Kis = 2 and 9 nM, respectively).1 It inhibits the proliferation of PC3 prostate cancer and A172 glioblastoma cells with EC50 values of 132 and 240 nM, respectively. GNE-317 (10-40 mg/kg) reduces tumor growth in a U87MG/M glioblastoma mouse xenograft model.
