    Product Description

    LXH254 is a pan-RAF inhibitor that selectively inhibits B-RAF and C-RAF over a panel of 456 human kinases.1 It inhibits MAPK signaling in tumor cells expressing mutant B-RAFV600. LXH254 induces tumor regression in various mouse xenograft models.
