    Product Description

    TG100713 is an inhibitor of PI3K (IC50s = 50, 24, 165, and 215 nM for PI3Kγ, PI3Kδ, PI3Kα, and PI3Kβ, respectively).1 It inhibits proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) when used at a concentration of 10 µM. TG100713 (2 µM) inhibits reactivation of latent HIV-1 induced by panobinostat (Item No. 13280), but not prostratin (Item No. 10272) or JQ-1, in 24ST1NLESG cells.2
