    Product Description

    CC-90011 is an inhibitor of lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1; IC50 = 0.3 nM).1 It is selective for LSD1 over LSD2, monoamine oxidase A (MAO-A), and MAO-B at 10 µM. CC-90011 induces differentiation in THP-1 cells (EC50 = 7 nM) and inhibits the proliferation of NCI H1417 small cell lung cancer (SCLC) cells (EC50 = 6 nM). It also inhibits lipid accumulation induced by palmitic acid (Item No. 10006627) and oleic acid (Item Nos. 90260 | 24659) in Huh7 hepatocytes when used at a concentration of 20 µM.2 In vivo, CC-90011 (2.5 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in an NCI H1417 mouse xenograft model.1
