    Nefenalol is an antagonist of β-adrenergic receptors (β-ARs).1 It inhibits contractions induced by the β-AR agonist isoprenaline (isoproterenol; Item No. 15592) in isolated rabbit right ventricular strips (pA2 = 6.05).
