    4-oxo Cyclophosphamide is an inactive metabolite of the alkylating agent cyclophosphamide (Item No. 13849).1,2 It is formed from cyclophosphamide through a 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide intermediate by aldehyde dehydrogenases.2
