    Hydroxy celecoxib is an inactive metabolite of celecoxib (Item No. 10008672).1 It is formed from celecoxib by the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoforms CYP2C9, CYP3A4, and CYP2D6 in human liver microsomes.2
