    Product Description

Corydine is an aporphine alkaloid that has been found in Corydalis and has diverse biological activities.1,2,3 It inhibits the proliferation of murine L1210 lymphocytic leukemia, B16/F10 melanoma, and P388 leukemia cells when used at concentrations ranging from 10 to 100 µg/ml.1 Corydine binds to μ-opioid receptors (Ki = 2.82 µM) and induces [35S]GTPγS binding in CHO cells expressing human μ-opioid receptors (EC50 = 0.51 µM).2 It also is active against L. donovani promastigotes (IC50 = 26.7 µM).3
