    Product Description

    Corypalmine is an isoquinoline alkaloid that has been found in F. recisa and has receptor antagonist and antifungal activities.1,2 It is an antagonist of dopamine D1, D2, D3, and D5 receptors (Kis = 199, 42.4, 262, and 313 nM, respectively).1 Corypalmine is active against C. albicans, C. glabratas, C. krusei, C. parapsilosis, and C. neoformans (MICs = 160, 160, 320, 160, and 80 µg/ml, respectively).2
