    6β-hydroxy Prednisolone is a metabolite of prednisolone (Item No. 20866), the active metabolite of prednisone (Item No. 20677).1 It is formed from prednisolone primarily by the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoform CYP3A4 and to a lesser extent by CYP3A5.
