    Product Description

Ethopabate is a coccidiostat.1,2 In vivo, ethopabate reduces lesion score in broiler chickens infected with E. tenella, E. acervulina, and E. maxima field isolates when administered in combination with the antiprotozoal agent amprolium (Item No. 25506). Ethopabate has been found as a contaminant in environmental waters.3 Formulations containing ethopabate have been used to prevent coccidiosis in broiler chickens.
