    Product Description

GSK620 is a bromodomain and extra terminal domain family of proteins (BET) bromodomain 2 (BD2) inhibitor (IC50s = 316.2, 79.4, 79.4, and 199.5 nM for BRD2, BRD3, BRD4, and BRDT BD2, respectively).1 It is selective for BD2 in bromodomain-containing protein 2 (BRD2), BRD3, BRD4, and BRDT over BD1 in the same BRDs (IC50s = >15,000 nM for all). GSK620 inhibits LPS-induced chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 1 (CCL1) production in isolated human whole blood (IC50 = 794.3 nM). See the Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC) website for more information.
