Aposcopolamine is a tropane alkaloid that has been found in D. ferox and is an active metabolite of the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor (mAChR) antagonist scopolamine (Item No. 40307).1,2 It is selective for muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (mAChRs) over nicotinic AChRs (nAChRs; IC50s = 0.0192 and 188 µM, respectively).3
