Linoleic acid glycidyl ester is an esterified form of linoleic acid (Item Nos. 90150 | 90150.1 | 21909) containing a glycidyl group. It is hydrolyzed in vivo to glycidol, which is carcinogenic in rats.1 Linoleic acid glycidyl ester has been found in commercial edible oils and infant formulas.2,3
