    Product Description

T-1095 is an inhibitor of sodium-glucose cotransporter 1 (SGLT1) and SGLT2 (IC50s = 22.8 and 2.3 µM, respectively).1 Dietary administration of T-1095 (0.01% w/w) reduces blood glucose and HbA1c levels in a rat model of diabetes induced by streptozotocin (Item No. 13104). It suppresses the development of hyperglycemia and hypertriglyceridemia and reduces HbA1c levels in the KKAγ mouse model of type 2 diabetes. T-1095 exacerbates post-infarction cardiac dysfunction in a rat model of left anterior descending coronary artery ligation-induced myocardial infarction.2
