    Product Description

    ODM-207 is an inhibitor of bromodomain and extra terminal domain (BET) bromodomains. It reduces the proliferation of isolated human metastatic apocrine sweat gland cancer cells (IC50 = 1.99 µM).1 ODM-207, in combination with the poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor olaparib (Item No. 10621), decreases proliferation of, and induces DNA double-strand breaks in, isolated human metastatic apocrine sweat gland cancer cells deficient in partner and localizer of BRCA2 (PALB2; IC50 = 650 nM).
