    Product Description

2-Aminoadenosine-5'-O-triphosphate (2-amino ATP) is a modified nucleotide.1 It promotes microtubule assembly in vitro.2 2-amino ATP has been used as an alternative substrate for T4 DNA ligase in ligase-catalyzed oligonucleotide polymerizations with 96.6% fidelity.3 Incorporation of 2-amino ATP into complementary RNA (cRNA) increases signal detection in microarrays.1
