    3'-Amino-3'-deoxyguanosine-5'-O-triphosphate (3'-amino-dGTP) is an amine-modified nucleotide.1,2 It terminates RNA strand synthesis catalyzed by RNA polymerase in E. coli.1 3'-amino-dGTP has been used in the synthesis of a non-hydrolyzable derivative of the alarmone guanosine pentaphosphate (pppGpp).2
