    Sp-2'-Deoxyguanosine-5'-O-(1-thiotriphosphate) is a sulfur-containing isomer of the nucleoside triphosphate 2'-deoxyguanosine-5'-O-triphosphate (dGTP; Item No. 35771). It inhibits deoxynucleoside triphosphate triphosphohydrolase SAMHD1 (Ki = 820 nM).1
